American doctor Ivy Miller lives in Bali, working at a charitable health clinic. When a billionaire benefactor named Clay Donnelly arrives, Ivy is less than impressed since his visit is self serving. When circumstances force Ivy to work with Clay while staying at his lavish estate, they both begin to work past their initial thoughts of each other and see the good that exists. Their mutual feelings turn into love, but the sincerity and depth of that love will be tested by unexpected challenges and foes.
