Betty Ann Findlay has some work to do at home, so she goes to a neighbor and borrows his chainsaw. She returns home, avoiding contact with anyone, including the police. Inside, she works hard at cutting something into pieces and spreading it among many garbage bags. It is the body of her boyfriend, Marlon Keith Smith, whose own mother she has been stealing from and poisoning. Now, she works hurriedly to avoid justice, hoping to dispose of the evidence without anyone noticing.
